5 common questions answered
NHTSA recall information identifies three safety concerns for the 2019 Volvo S60. A rear suspension toe link flange lock nut may be improperly tightened, potentially causing a sudden handling change and increasing crash risk. An Automatic Emergency Brake software and hardware incompatibility may prevent the system from detecting obstacles and engaging as intended. A flexible steel seat belt cable may fatigue, leaving an occupant less secure in a crash. Waiting can leave these conditions unresolved, even when the vehicle appears to drive normally. A free VIN check confirms whether your S60 has an open recall and identifies the manufacturer’s required remedy.
